The City of Markham, in partnership with Richmond Hill, Humber College, and Enbridge Gas, is offering virtual HERO workshops for homeowners. The workshop is focused on engaging homeowners to understand and incorporate available energy retrofits, recognize the benefits of energy-efficient retrofits and learn about rebates and incentives.
This online workshop is facilitated by Marcus Hinds P.Eng., MBA, CEM, PMP, a Certified Energy Manager with over ten years experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) optimization and Energy Auditing.

Join us for a 2-hour session covering the basics of do-it-yourself options, including videos and demonstrations on how to air seal your home. From replacing weather-stripping, to caulking windows and doors, this workshop is a one-stop-shop for simple solutions to improving home comfort, reducing utility bills, and fighting climate change.
